The one where I blame my waddle walk on more 'normal' things like a heavy bag rather than sore legs from training

Yeah so running to the airport today, gave the ol' Quasimodo impression my best shot. Luckily my suitcase acted like it was the cause of the ridiculous plod-come-waddle rather than a Monday-Wednesday trio of muscle agony from Mel & Cat. Sprints + interval training = tight hamstrings x 6 sore ab muscles

Oh & I never had to run I got to the airport almost 6hours before the flight. Wow. I mean wow. Have I really become one of those pple? I ordinarily would let my uber organised anal planning slide but not at 4 am I won't.

This post (like those gone before it) is gibberish. Luckily I can blame sleep deprivation...this time!
